Dear Neighbour,
My name is Erin Barnes and I live at 26 Burton Lane.
I/we wanted to let you know that I/we will be hosting a party/event/family gathering at my/our home on Saturday and there may be a number of my/our relatives parking/swearing/shouting around the area and additional noise from music/obscenities/broken glass. The event is starting around 8AM/PM and planned to finish at late AM/PM, when the music/arguments will be turned down and any remaining guests/fist-fighters brought inside.
I wanted to apologise in advance for any inconvenience, and will do my/our very best to keep the music/disturbances to a respectable level and ensure that any taxis/ambulances leave quietly.
I also wanted to let you know that the party has been registered with the local police/United Nations/NATO.
If you do have any concerns on the night – that we are being too loud/mean/narrow-minded/selfish/pathetic/self-serving/intolerant of others and their opinions or regarding the conduct of any of my/our relatives please don’tcall me.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and I/we apologise for any loud music/breakages, violence, and/or riots and assure you this will not be a regular occurrence in my/our family going forward.
