Dear E-motion team support
I recently renewed and upgraded from your regular sensory device to the super-charge version, as recommended by your customer services department, but, when I turn the dial to “libido mode”, it switches itself off. Both my partner and I have pushed the ‘’turn me on’’ button, but it has had no effect. Your complaints department’s advice to “turn it off and then on again” was very unhelpful, as we now can’t get it to turn on at all. I would therefore like to cancel the yearly renewal of my subscription. I look forward to your prompt reply.

I would like to thank you for the free sample. We are still experiencing some difficulties, but the hormone-booster seemed to help, and the libido-dial has started working again intermittently.
